On the course we will use two different rivers which could be: River Eden from Lazonby to Armathwaite often provides high volume training opportunities. River Lune can give technical precise options. River Leven gives classic grade 2/3 white water in the upper section with the lower providing a stiffer challenge. The River Irthing and Keswick Greta give continuous white water for the right group at the right level. These courses are run on small ratios and so are designed to meet the needs of the individual.
