### What should I bring with me?

You need to bring a 2-3 season sleeping bag suitable for the conditions. We recommend also packing personal clothing suitable for paddleboarding and camping, waterproof gear, personal snacks/drinks, and any personal medication or items you may need.

### How do we handle meals during the trip?

We provide a hearty breakfast of porridge and fruit, a packed lunch for your paddling days, and high-carb evening meals, usually pasta or rice dishes. If you have dietary requirements, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you.

### What if the weather is bad?

We monitor weather conditions closely and have a support vehicle ready to adapt our route to keep paddling enjoyable and safe. In extreme weather conditions, we may switch activities to ensure safety and enjoyment, such as offering a whisky tour.

You’ll experience wild camping in scenic locations. We provide hammocks with mosquito/midge nets, air mattresses, and tarp shelters. Tents are also available upon request.

### How many people will be in the group?
