No, this adventure is suitable for paddlers of all levels, including beginners.

### What should I bring for the camping experience?

We recommend bringing suitable clothing for paddling and camping, personal toiletries, a headlamp or flashlight, insect repellent and sunscreen, personal medications, a water bottle, and snacks or additional food items. We can supply tents but please bring a sleeping bag, roll mat and pillow.
