### What should I bring?

Warm clothing suitable for watersports (avoid jeans and cotton T-shirts) Waterproofs to protect against splashes Swim shorts and a T-shirt for warm weather Closed-toe footwear Spare pair of shoes for on and off the river XL towel or changing robe for privacy while changing clothes

### What time should I arrive?

Session times are inclusive of signing in and gearing up, and can be expected to begin at your allotted start time. If you arrive early your instructor may still be on the water with their previous group or preparing for your activity. If you are early and you identify your instructor, please feel free to go over and say hi, as it may be that you can begin to get ready.

### Can I hire a wetsuit?

On calm water trips, wetsuits are available on request for an additional £5 per person. You can add these to your session using the booking form below.
